1. Introduction

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pusi888, you must satisfy each of the following conditions on a continuous basis:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all times thereafter. pusi888 strictly prohibits participation by minors. Any Account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held in that Account will be forfeited or returned in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

3.2 Personal Capacity

You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee, or nominee for any other person. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

You confirm that your use of the Platform is permitted under the laws of the territory in which you reside or are physically located at the time of play. pusi888 does not accept registrations from players in Restricted Territories. It is your responsibility to verify your legal position before registering.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one Account on pusi888. The operation of multiple Accounts, whether for purposes of obtaining duplicate bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason, is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of funds.

3.5 Self-Exclusion

You confirm that you are not subject to any current self-exclusion order, voluntary or regulatory, which would prohibit you from accessing online gambling services at the time of registration or subsequently.

4. Account Registration & Security

All information provided during the registration process must be accurate, complete, and current. pusi888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence at any stage to verify the information provided. Accepted verification documents include, but are not limited to, a Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, utility bills, and bank statements.

4.1 KYC Verification

KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request. Players are encouraged to submit verification documents promptly after registration to avoid delays at the withdrawal stage. pusi888 may also request updated KYC documentation for existing Players where required by its compliance obligations.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. pusi888 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify pusi888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 Account Name and Payment Method Matching

The name registered on your pusi888 Account must correspond exactly with the name held on your nominated withdrawal method, whether that be a Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost account, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, DuitNow, FPX, or any other supported Malaysian payment instrument. Mismatched account names may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

5. Acceptable Use

Players must use the Platform in a lawful and responsible manner. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• 5.1 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to pusi888 at any time;
• 5.2 Using or attempting to use any software, bot, script, algorithm, or other automated tool to gain an unfair advantage over pusi888 or other players;
• 5.3 Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering strategy with the intention of defrauding the Platform;
• 5.4 Exploiting errors, glitches, or mis-priced odds in any game or betting market;
• 5.5 Depositing or wagering funds derived from unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering or fraud;
• 5.6 Operating the Account on behalf of a third party or allowing another person to use your Account credentials;
• 5.7 Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure;
• 5.8 Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any software used to operate the Platform.

Breach of any provision in this clause may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where criminality is suspected.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

pusi888 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, USDT (TRC20/ERC20), and BTC. 6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the Member Centre at any time. Requests are typically processed as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX to major Malaysian banks within 5–15 minutes; standard bank wire or crypto within 15–60 minutes, subject to KYC verification and the absence of active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved;
• Any applicable Wagering Requirement attached to Bonus Funds must be satisfied in full;

pusi888 does not levy its own processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made in MYR. Third-party charges imposed by your bank, e-wallet provider, or crypto network are your responsibility. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may be subject to network confirmation delays independent of pusi888's processing time.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free play equivalents, and special offers available on pusi888 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue, in addition to the general provisions in this clause.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may be claimed once per eligible Player, household, device, IP address, and payment method unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotional terms;
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the stated expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date). Unused Bonus Funds that expire will be forfeited;
• Maximum bet size while Bonus Funds are active is typically capped at RM 250–RM 500 per bet. Bets exceeding this cap whilst using Bonus Funds may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided;
• Game contribution rates apply: slot games ordinarily contribute 100% toward Wagering Requirements; table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are stated in the relevant promotional terms;

7.2 Sticky Bonuses

Where a bonus is designated as "sticky" or "non-cashable", the principal bonus amount itself will be removed from the Account upon withdrawal. Only net winnings generated above the Bonus Fund balance will be paid out following satisfaction of the Wagering Requirement.

8. Gaming Rules & Integrity

In cases of conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the game outcome, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of account conduct, payment, and bonus matters.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pusi888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings attributable to technical malfunction, disconnection, or third-party interruption;
• Delays in payment processing caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain adequate credential security.

pusi888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits you have made in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination & Account Closure

12.1 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting pusi888 support. Any verified real-money Balance (net of applicable Bonus Fund deductions) will be returned to your nominated payment method following a final verification check.

12.2 By pusi888. pusi888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity;
• Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period;
• Regulatory obligation or direction;
• Commercial decision to cease operations in a particular territory.

Where Account closure results from Player breach, pusi888 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account Balance in line with applicable regulatory guidance and the severity of the identified breach.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute concerning a game outcome, wager settlement, payment, or Account decision, you must first raise the matter with pusi888 support, providing full written particulars including your Account username, the date and nature of the disputed event, and any supporting evidence available.

pusi888 will endeavour to review and respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt. Where the internal process does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism available under pusi888's operating licence, details of which are provided to complainants upon request.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws applicable under pusi888's licensing jurisdiction.

14. Amendments to These Terms

pusi888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address held on file and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 12.1 above.
